Our Pantry Stew for dogs is made at a 70:30 meat:veg ratio. We start with fresh human grade, anti-biotic free and cage free meats. It is course ground and then added to freshly minced vegetables. It is either stuffed in a 1 or 2 lb chub, vacuum sealed in a 1 lb package or tubbed in a 2 lb deli style container. It can also be purchased in bulk. For kennel owners and multiple dog owners, this is the most cost effective way to feed. We will either package it in a 5 lb. freezer zip lock or for a quarter less we will leave it in a box and you can package it the way you want it. Some lead time required for bulk. Call for pricing.
The meat choices include but are not limited to: chicken with or without bone, turkey with or without bone, duck with bone, rabbit with bone, beef, buffalo, and venison without bone. Exotic meats can be ordered with some lead time. Calcium citrate is added to the boneless mixes to keep the calcium phosphorus ratio just right for your dogs nutritional needs.
The vegetables we normally use are: carrots, yams, zucchini, purple cabbage, kale, celery, parsley, beets and beet greens. We can customize this mix to meet your needs with a limited lead time.
We also have beef or buffalo femur bones cut to any size, chicken necks, backs and wings, turkey necks, duck necks and lamb neck bones. These can be purchased at the store in small packages or you can order them in bulk and package them your self. Some lead time requied for bulk. Call for pricing.
Our Pantry Stew for cats comes in chicken or turkey. We use course ground meat and livers and hearts at a ratio of 80:20. (meat:organ) We then mix in egg yolks, salmon oil, B-complex, psyllium husks, kelp and calcium citrate. It is then vacuum packed in 1/2 or 1 lb packs. Because cats do not assimilate plant matter and don't have a need for grains, there is no vegetables or grains fillers in our cat food. Just great tasting, human grade meat. Your cat will feel like the backyard prey animal he/she is at heart.
Your always welcome to come by the store and pick up a sample of the cat or dog food for your pet to try. If you find they like it and you would like to start the transition from kibble and/or canned to raw, just let us know. We are glad to guide you through it. If you don't live in the area, we will deliver it to you. We service the entire greater Seattle area from Stanwood to Gig Harbor. We also ship anywhere.
